Never Fail Vegetable Beef Sour - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can tomato juice
    16 oz. can tomatoes, undrained
    2 cubes beef bouillon
    6 c. water
    stew meat, fondue meat or whatever is on special, boned and trimmed
    potatoes, carrots, onions, celery and mixed vegetables
Preparation
    Put juice, tomatoes, bouillon, onion, celery, water and meat in crock-pot early in the morning.
    If you're home during the day, stir occasionally.
    Cook on low.
    An hour or so before serving, parboil veggies; drain and add to soup.
    Good soup, better the next day.
