Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. margarine
1 chopped onion
1 (1 lb.) bulk sausage
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. broth (bouillon cube with 1/2 c. water)
3 c. sauerkraut, drained and chopped very fine
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 egg
1 c. milk
bread crumbs
Preparation

Melt margarine and brown onion.
Add sausage and garlic to brown.
Stir in flour and cook thoroughly.
Add broth, sauerkraut and parsley; cook few minutes more, until stiff.
Chill.
Roll into bite-size balls and chill again (or freeze until ready to use).
