Lasagna Manfredi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. breakfast links
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    salt (as desired)
    12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
    2 egg yolks
    2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. each: pepper and nutmeg
Preparation
    Slice links thinly.
    Place in skillet with garlic and 1/4 teaspoon salt; brown over high heat.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Set aside.
