Scalloped Potatoes And Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 medium potatoes
2 Tbsp. flour
milk
salt and pepper
4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Peel potatoes and slice thin.
Place in greased baking dish, 3 layers, 1-inch deep.
Sprinkle each layer with salt and pepper, flour and dot with butter. Add sliced ham between each layer.
Add milk until it can be seen between the slices of potatoes.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Remove cover for last 15 minutes.
