Zucchini Casserole With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini, sliced (about 3 medium)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. processed cheese, grated (like Velveeta, cheese slices)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in salted boiling water until tender-crisp; drain and place in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
