Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. plus 2 carrots (2 c. mashed carrots)
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 lb. oleo or butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Put casserole in pan with 1 inch of boiling water. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Carrots are cooked in boiling water like you do potatoes.
