Caramelized Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6-8 large Vidalia onions
    4 Tbsp. butter
    10 oz. can chicken broth
Preparation
    Peel onions and remove stems and root ends.
    Place in slow cooker.
    Pour butter and broth over.
    Cook on low for 12 hours. Serve as a side dish or over any meat.
