Gooey Cheese Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 box (2 layer size) yellow or white cake mix
1 c. chopped nuts
1 box confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs

Preparation

Mix these and pour over crumb mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
Cool and cut into small squares.
Very rich!!!
