Texas Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. cream-style corn (not whole can)
1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs, well beaten
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
Then add wet ingredients. Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan for 30 minutes at 450\u00b0 or until brown. Pour 1 cup melted butter over top.
