Lambs Butter Cookie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter
4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar, beat until light and fluffy.
Add egg yolk.
Gradually add flour.
Make into balls and press down with two fingers.
Do not grease pans.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
