Cheese Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 eggs
    24 vanilla wafers
    24 cupcake liners
    your favorite pie filling
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese. Beat with mixer.
    Add next three ingredients and beat until fluffy. Put a vanilla wafer in bottom of each cupcake liner. Fill halfway with filling.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Cool to room temperature. Top with cherry, blueberry or any other pie filling.
