Madeline'S Milk Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            6 oz. plain yogurt
8 oz. juice (orange juice best)
1/2 banana or 1/4 c. strawberries
1 tsp. vanilla
1 to 2 spoons honey
2 to 3 Tbsp. wheat germ or toasted bran
Preparation
- 
                            Blenderize all of the ingredients together with some cubes. Makes 2.
