Best Ever Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients together, add shortening and blend together. Pour milk into flour mixture slowly.
    Add the egg.
    Stir to a soft dough.
    Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 450\u00b0.
