Impossible Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 c. sugar (can substitute Splenda or Sugar Twin for diabetics)
    1 c. coconut, shredded
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients in blender for a few seconds until well mixed. Pour mixture into a deep 10-inch greased pie plate.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 1 hour or until center tests firm.
