Skillet Steak And Vegetable Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak
3/4 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 medium carrots, cut in strips
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. dried dill seed
2 medium zucchini, sliced
Preparation

Trim excess fat from steak.
Cut meat into 6 servings.
In a bag, combine salt, flour and pepper.
Shake meat in flour mix. Brown meat in hot oil; transfer meat to platter, leaving oil in skillet.
Brown remainder of flour in skillet.
Stir in tomatoes, dried dill seed and carrots.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Add zucchini. Continue cooking for 30 minutes and serve.
