Potatoes Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 c. diced onion
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. carton dairy sour cream
    1 stick margarine or butter, melted
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. crushed corn flakes or crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Thaw frozen hash brown potatoes for 30 minutes.
    Combine with all other ingredients except the crushed corn flakes or potato chips.
    Spread evenly in buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over dish top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
