barbecue sauce
mustard
onion
Preparation

Put brisket in large pan and cover brisket with mustard, onion and garlic.
Let stand overnight.
Bake the next day at 200\u00b0
for about 2 hours.
Take out.
Put barbecue sauce on and continue baking until done.
