Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 brisket
    garlic
    barbecue sauce
    mustard
    onion
Preparation
    Put brisket in large pan and cover brisket with mustard, onion and garlic.
    Let stand overnight.
    Bake the next day at 200\u00b0
    for about 2 hours.
    Take out.
    Put barbecue sauce on and continue baking until done.
