Ingredients

1 pkg. butterscotch pudding (cooked pudding mix)
1 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 c. butter (do not substitute)
3 1/2 c. sugar
10 eggs
4 c. flour
2 tsp. pure lemon extract or 2 tsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each new addition.
Gradually add flour.
Blend well with mixer.
