Aunt Esther'S Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
1 egg
1/2 c. sour milk
1/2 c. peanut oil
1/2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, salt and cocoa.
Make hole in middle of dry ingredients.
Drop egg in hole.
Add milk, oil, water and soda.
Mix gently.
Pour into glass loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
