Chicken Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts (boneless), sliced in thin strips
    1 bell pepper, sliced in thin strips
    1 onion, sliced in thin strips
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Mexican Velveeta (mild)
    18 flour tortillas (6-inch)
Preparation
    Saute chicken in 1 tablespoon oil until done.
    Add onions and bell pepper.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add cubed cheese.
    Soften flour tortillas in oil.
    Spoon ingredients into tortilla.
    Roll and fasten with toothpick.
    Excellent to freeze for use later.
    Thaw completely, then heat in microwave.
