Baked Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. diced beef
    1 large chopped onion
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1 can mushrooms
    1 lb. diced pork
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 can water chestnuts
Preparation
    Brown together beef, pork, onion and celery.
    Combine with rest of ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve over chow mein noodles.
    Excellent to freeze and bake later.
