Chicken Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian Salad Dressing
    1 (8 oz.) jar apricot jam
    4 chicken quarters
Preparation
    Combine dry soup, Russian dressing and jam, mixing well until there are no lumps.
    Wash chicken and pat dry.
    Slightly overlap in flat pyrex dish.
    Spoon and spread 1 Tbsp. or more of sauce on each piece of chicken.
    Bake at 225 degrees for 4 to 5 hours or however long it takes to get done.
    Be careful to place well below heating element if using electric oven.
    This can be done in 1 hour at 375 degrees.
