Frozen Custard(Makes 5 Quarts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. milk
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. whipping cream (I use 2 c. cream and 2 c. half and half)
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and salt; gradually stir in milk.
    Cook and stir over low heat until thick.
    Add a small amount of hot mixture to beaten eggs, mix well and return this to hot mixture. Stir 1 minute.
    Take off heat and chill.
    When custard is cooled, add cream and vanilla; freeze in freezer.
    This is so-o-o good!
