Chicken Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, separated
2 c. chopped cooked chicken or turkey
1/2 c. minced celery stalks and leaves
1 tsp. grated onion
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oil
chicken gravy
Preparation

Mix egg yolks, chicken, celery and leaves, onion, flour and salt.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Drop from large spoon into hot oil; brown on both sides.
Serve with gravy.
