Kielbasa Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 kielbasa, covered with water until tender
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1/2 can water
6 diced carrots
6 potatoes, chunked
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cut kielbasa into 2-inch pieces.
Add a little sugar.
Cook 1/2 hour.
When done, add 1 can peas and butter.
