Ham Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. sharp Cheddar
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) deviled ham
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. ripe olives, chopped
Preparation
    Beat cheeses together.
    Add ham and beat.
    Stir in olives. Chill 20 minutes.
    Shape into two 8-inch logs.
    Roll in pecans and serve with crackers.
    Logs can be frozen.
    Thaw 20 to 30 minutes.
