Hot Egg Nog - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 separated eggs
5 Tbsp. sugar
4 qt. milk
1 tsp. rum extract
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Cream egg yolks and sugar well.
Bring milk to a boil.
Stir in 1/2 cup to creamed mixture, stirring constantly.
Add creamed mixture to hot milk.
Beat egg white until stiff and fold into milk and creamed mixture.
Add rum extract.
Serve hot with sprinkled nutmeg on top.
Rum may be substituted for rum extract.
