Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour (self-rising)
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 c. grated carrots
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
    Mix other ingredients in another bowl.
    Mix together both mixtures.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    May flour and grease two 9-inch cake pans or one 13 x 9-inch long pan.
