Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Karo
1 c. Spanish peanuts
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
salt to taste
Preparation

Mix Karo and sugar in pan.
Heat until sugar is melted.
Add peanuts and salt (if not using salted peanuts).
Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture becomes amber in color. Turn off heat and stir in butter until melted.
Stir in baking soda.
When well stirred in, pour out mixture on a cookie sheet and let cool.
Mmmm! Good!
