Sour Cream Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/8 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 3/4 c. flour
    pinch of nutmeg
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and salt until light.
    Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with eggs and sour cream, starting and ending with flour mixture.
    Mix lightly but surely. Pour into buttered muffin tins and sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake in a 450\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until browned.
