Chicken Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chicken, cooked and diced
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 Tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 c. milk
6 oz. mushrooms, drained
2 oz. chopped pimientos
1 pkg. lasagna noodles
parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook, drain and rinse lasagna noodles.
Saute onion and green pepper in butter.
Stir in soup, basil, milk, mushrooms and pimiento.
In a 9 X 13 pan, layer noodles, chicken, cheese, cottage cheese and sauce.
Repeat and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

8 servings.
