Beef And Peppers Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into thin 1 1/2-inch strips
    1 large bell pepper, chunked
    1 large onion, chunked
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
Preparation
    Melt 1 stick margarine in a large skillet.
    Add beef strips and cook until tender, 6 to 8 minutes.
    Add soy sauce and cook 1 minute longer.
    Pour into a large platter.
    In same skillet, melt 1/2 stick margarine.
    Saute peppers and onions for 2 to 4 minutes. Add beef strips, mixing well.
    Garnish with fresh tomatoes, quartered.
    Serve over hot, fluffy rice.
    Easy and good!
