Oreo Cookie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 bag Oreo cookies
1 large pkg. cream cheese
1 large tub Cool Whip
2 c. confectioners sugar

Preparation

Crumble cookies.
Melt butter and pour over half of Oreos.
