Cream Cheese Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and powder and cream cheese until frothy.
    Add grated zucchini and mix well.
    Add flour and beat 2 minutes.
    Fold in nuts; turn into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch baking pan or a Bundt pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Frost as desired or dust with powdered sugar.
