Bobbie'S Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hot dogs, sliced
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 (18 oz.) jar B & M baked beans
    1/3 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    6 oz. sliced or shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    Dry chicken well. Season both sides with Accent, Lawry's salt, salt and pepper.
    Let stand 3/4 hour.
    Flour and let stand 15 minutes.
    Beat 1 egg slightly and add a little water. Dip and roll in bread crumbs.
    Grease cookie sheet well. Brush chicken with melted butter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, skin up.
