Stuffed Green Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion (optional)
    3/4 c. tomato sauce
    3 c. (heaping) cooked rice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. American or Velveeta cheese
    salt
Preparation
    Cut off tops of peppers; remove seeds and membrane.
    Wash and lightly salt inside of peppers.
    While cooking rice, brown hamburger and onion in a large skillet.
    Season with salt and Worcestershire sauce.
    Add cooked rice, tomato sauce and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
    Stuff peppers full and top with rest of the tomato sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until peppers are very tender.
