Baked Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. bread crumbs (Italian style)
garlic salt
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cut tomatoes in half and place in greased casserole.
In a small saucepan, saute onion in butter until soft.
Add bread crumbs, seasonings.
Spoon onion mix on top of split tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes until brown and bubbly.
