Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans (in which to roll cheese ball)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients real well.
Shape into ball or 2 small balls.
Roll completely in chopped pecans.
Freezes well.
