Impossible Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or oleo
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla
4 oz. can coconut
Preparation

Place butter in bottom of 9-inch pie pan.
Place pan in oven to melt butter; meanwhile, in large bowl, beat eggs with electric mixer at medium speed.
Add sugar, flour, milk and vanilla and stir thoroughly.
Remove pie pan from oven and tilt pan to cover bottom and sides with butter, pour excess butter into egg mixture, mixing thoroughly.
Stir in coconut.
Pour mixture into pie pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until set.
