Pineapple Date Whip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. whipping cream
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
pinch of salt to taste
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. pitted dates, chopped
sugar to taste
Preparation

Have cream chilled in refrigerator; turn into chilled bowl. Beat with chilled beater until thick.
Add lemon juice and beat until quite stiff.
Fold in pineapple, chopped dates and salt. Fold in sugar to suit taste.
Serve immediately.
Makes 5 servings.
