Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. nuts
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Pour oil into mixing bowl.
    Sift dry ingredients together. Alternate dry ingredients and eggs, one at a time, until all are used up.
    Add nuts and carrots; mix well.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0. Makes 2 or 3 layers.
    Frost.
