Casserole Chilies Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine
    2 (7 oz.) Cans Whole Green Chilies (Fresh are the best)
    1 lb. Grated Jack or Cheddar Cheese (you may use half & half)
    3 Eggs
    3/4 tsp. Salt
    2 Cups Milk
    1 Cup Bisquick or Biscuit Mix
Preparation
    Melt butter in 9 x 13 baking dish (glass is best). Arrange chilies in a layer over bottom of the dish, cover with cheese.
