French Fried Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. cooked cauliflowerets
    1 or 2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Dip cauliflower into egg, roll in crumbs and fry in deep hot fat (380\u00b0) until brown.
    Drain on absorbent paper.
    Serves 6 to 8.
