Chocolate Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. egg whites
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    3/4 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Gradually add sugar with cream of tartar and salt.
    Fold in vanilla.
    Cut and fold in flour, adding a small amount at a time.
    Turn into Bundt cake pan.
    Cut through batter to remove bubbles.
    Bake 60 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until done.
    Remove from oven and invert pan for one hour.
