Cheese Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/5 c. cocoa
4/5 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/5 lb. butter
2 c. xxx sugar
4/5 c. nuts (black walnuts)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. dry milk
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix with hands. Mixture will be thick.
Do not use mixer!
Now that mixture is mixed, put in a pan and smooth out to desired thickness.
Place in refrigerator to keep cool.
