Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    2 cans pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
    1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers, crumbled
    3/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour; stir in enough pineapple juice to make a thick paste.
    Pour pineapple, drained, into a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Pour paste mixture over pineapple; mix well.
    Melt margarine.
    Stir in crumbled crackers.
    Cover top of pineapple mixture with crackers.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven. Great dish with ham.
