Onion Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 can French's fried onion rings
    egg whites
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Chop French fried onion rings until they become crumbs.
    Dip chicken breast in egg white, then into onion ring crumbs.\tCoat well.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
