Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. squash, cooked
    1 carrot, grated
    1 onion, grated
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 bag herb stuffing mix
    butter
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix all ingredients except the stuffing mix.
    Pour half of stuffing mix in buttered casserole dish.
    Pour squash mixture over this.
    Add remaining stuffing mix; dot with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
