Hash Browns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hash browns
1 c. chopped onion
1 stick margarine, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (8 oz.) grated cheese
Preparation

Thaw hash browns for 30 minutes.
Mix all together.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Can sprinkle more grated cheese on top, if desired.
