Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves (about 2 lb.), skinned and boned
    1/3 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. dried whole basil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    vegetable cooking spray
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. dried whole basil
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. (1 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Place chicken breasts between 2 sheets of waxed paper; flatten to 1/4-inch thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
